THINK BIG!

How big are you DREAMING? Do you settle for what you think you can have or are you out hitting the pavement going after what is rightfully yours? Have you aligned yourself with your Personal Calling and Personal Legend or better known as “Your Purpose in This World.”

This month my Literature and Economic Class are reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. The Alchemist is an allegorical novel by Paulo Coelho first published in 1988. The Alchemist” was originally written in Portuguese and has since been translated into 67 languages, winning the Guinness World Record for most translated book by a living author. It has sold more than 65 million copies in more than 150 countries, becoming one of the best-selling books in history.

MY MISSION WITH THIS BOOK
My objective and mission of reading this book with my class and sharing this experience with you is to help my class and others find what their dream goal is and get more aligned with their personal calling in life. The reason I care so much about this because of my personal years of depression, pessimism and anxiety during my childhood and teen years. The only thing that saved me and allowed me to find my personal calling and definite purpose was reading and writing. If it wasn’t for books and the stroke of my pen I would be a lost soul. I have found my confident self through the stories of others who have struggled and overcome. Because of these amazing stories I have taken their victory as hope for me too. The same voices that use to tell me to give up and quit have now held my hand with hope and optimism. One such book that did this was The Alchemist! If this book can do half of what it did for me I know it will give you and my students another breath of positivity. If that happens than my day is complete and my heart beats with more passion to keep on doing what I love which is; read, write, reflect and inject my positive experience to YOU! Enjoy! 

Great article. I’ve enjoyed this contribution. Its nice to see every questions answered in a blog post like this. I will add this post on my blog and link to it. Thanks for a clear informative post, I’ve learned a lot. I hope to see videos though as I can be A.D.D and reading articles is not my favorite thing to do online. So what I do sometimes is just print the whole thing and read offline.
My site is on Wedding planning.
